- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I started using this practice about 8 years ago. Its never been brilliant but over the past year it has degraded significantly. On a recent visit I noted its now in special measures (see pic) and its obvious from other reviews as well that something is very wrong here. I have just enrolled in their online system and there are no free bookings. I tried to get an appointment at 8:30am this morning and was told I should have called at 8am. I explained I was unable to get through at which point the receptionist said something like "ok, bye" and just hung up. When you go to reception its generally covered in "ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED" posters which is usually a bad sign. I've never felt welcome, the reception area is a bit like a ghost town. The single saving grace of the place is the boots next door which also has fairly poor customer service but does mean you can get your prescription in one trip.by Christopher BrownSeptember 23, 2017
