  One of the receptionists was really inconsiderate. And when inquiring about my appointment I was then told in a very ill manor "if you don't like it then find another GP"Put me off ever going there again. I wanted to make a complaint but was told I had to make it in writing even though I was told she had an email address.... Ridiculous

  Excellent surgery. Health care staff are well trained and experienced , reception staff are well informed and triage appropriately to my needs . Doctors are well qualified with an up to date knowledge and practice and for me do an excellent job within NHS funding restrictions and constraints. I have total true in the doctors I've seen Dr 's Afzal, Kuruvatti and Malhotra . I have worked for many years within health care till illness took over and I have seen many different approaches. For me this surgery is excellent . They have a quality approach and if the other reviews were accurate the medical professional bodies would have picked up on it by now as these practices are robustly monitored . I would have no issue in recommending this surgery practice to anyone . It has wheel chair access and online appointment booking alonge with specialist issue surgeries with hca's. I travel to them above and beyond my local surgeries.
