- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor these days. Untidy (dirty). Ludicrously loud music & shouting from spinning class is awful when you are doing cardio. Always something broken and not working (currently spa pools. Recently swim wear drier which seems to be 'out of order' more than its not). Seems to have gone down hill since Nuffield bought it. Needs some urgent investment before it gets past the point of no return. UPDATE: In the last year there has been a noticeable improvement in housekeeping standards. Also equipment breakdowns etc seem to be attended to more urgently. Its a great shame about Sky Sports being switched to BT (which is rubbish). Otherwise it would be 4* now instead of the improvement from 1* to 3*. Please keep up with the improvements and move back to Sky ASAP.by Christopher BeckinghamAugust 28, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love the place. It's really well kept. I changed from Virgin to here and it's far better. Clean, tidy, and everything working as needed. Plus nowhere near as expensive as Virgin. I really don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe it used to be like that? Not any more, that's for sureby Andy GMay 18, 2017
