  Both my daughters have had orthodontic treatment from Dr Doherty and the service and professionalism has always been incredible. All the staff are without fail both friendly and efficient. Dr Doherty has gone out of her way to see us at short notice when minor emergencies have occurred. I would highly recommend the clinic.

  I had a lovely experience visiting The Orthodontic Clinic to get a replacement retainer fitted!! Dr Doherty gave me helpful advice about wearing and looking after my retainer, and took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. She gave me the impression that no question was too small and I could tell that I was in knowledgeable, professional, and caring hands. When I called they were able to offer me an appointment the next morning. I called various surgeries in the area but chose this one due to the warm welcome and genuine friendliness which I received over the phone. The staff at the clinic are super friendly, helpful and caring. The clinic is clean and well presented, and there is a comfortable waiting room with a huge magazine collection and TV. I gave Dr Doherty positive feedback on her dental nurse who also answered the phone to me and greeted me in reception, as she was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. They were both absolutely delighted to hear my feedback, and they expressed genuine interest in my opinion. This made my experience even more lovely - it's great to be treated with such respect and to know that an establishment values their customer feedback so highly.
