- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was suffering from really bad sciatica about a year ago. At one point I could barely stand for more than 30 seconds without feeling the need to lie down again. Those were definitely bleak days. Thankfully I live only 10 minutes from the Ridgeway Road branch so I was able to start a program of physiotherapy. Twice a week to begin with, then tapering off as I recovered. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I'd highly recommend giving the team a whirl if you're suffering from back problems or sports injuries.by Christopher AllenMarch 27, 2017
