- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely Shocking!!!!! 78 calls trying to get through for an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon!!!!! And then when it finally rung through, no one answered!!! So dated, no automated services as other GPs have. And definitely no friendly reception staff! The first port of contact for patient's is generally the receptionist, never have i encountered such a miserable person! Whilst writing this i have changed surgeries.
