- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been using Tramway Medical Centre for approximately 10 years. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite. Receptionists are my first point of contact and have found them to be polite, pleasant and above all helpful, they can not magic an appointment for me when the diary is full, they make suggestions to how my query can be dealt with. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It needs to be clear that this refers to the Dr O'Connell and partners side of the practice NOT the Dr Milner and partners side of the practice, which I have heard good things about. Too difficult to get an appointment (often well over a week before you can be seen). Doctors ignore your medical conditions and fail to provide correct treatment. Most of the doctors are friendly and polite but one doctor in particular has a terrible bedside manner and is downright rude. I have several friends that have serious and life threatening conditions ignored/misdiagnosed at Dr O'Connell and partners.by Fox CapacitorDecember 16, 2016
